I just got an induction converter disc so can finally try out my late mother-in-law’s Aeblekiver pans. I found this Serious Eats one, who I trust.

Anybody have a recipe that they like? TIA.

I will. I’m kinda jazzed. I’d seen the converter disc for $50 and $60 which I was unwilling to pay but found this one for $20 on Amazon. i also have a Turkish tea coffee pot.
