We’re going to be in Bergen for three nights and if anyone has any authentically Norwegian restaurants that you recommend. I have seen that, like Iceland, they have great hot dogs

Also if you know any traditional Norwegian foods that would be great also. We’re cruising all the way up the coast and back with loads of stops, small and not so small. TIA.
