It does look great. I would like to taste it. I got lost at the flavoring pouch. Something I would never make . Way too many ingredients. I liked Fergus Henderson recipe. You should make the recipe you checked out. Why not.
Looks good, though personally I’d prefer to braise the trotters with just salt and have various dips.
i would try pigs’ feet in just about any recipe just because it’s pigs’ feet.
maangchi has really solid korean recipes, wouldn’t hesitate to try any of hers.
