Drove by eggslut venice today. Saw a line a bit after 11am. Were they open or hiring? Anybody know?
They officially opened today after a short soft open. Hours for Eggslut Venice are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily

This is exciting. I wonder if there’ll be a line right at 8am. Probably at least initially I’m guessing. I pass by there on my way home from the gym every day right around 8 so it’s awfully convenient.

Line when I drove by today at 11am was 25-30 people. Still not too terrible for Saturday late morning. I probably won’t manage to actully get in there until after thanksgiving. And those sandwiches look great.
I highly recommend subbing biscuit for any of their breakfast sandwiches.
