Another (f’ing) warm weekend which makes me think of ice cream.
Been a couple of times to Elado and I’ve really enjoyed their cajeta and butter pecan flavors…they serve scoops, milkshakes, smoothies, or chabets - like their creamy churro, which is a mix of horchata ice cream layered with churros - I thought it was good but found the churros too dry the one time I had it…or the mango chabet, with flavors of chamoy, tamarindo, tajin, and mango of course. If you don’t like spice in your dessert, this one is not for you!
They have two locations - Pico Rivera and Anaheim.
