Mexican star chef Enrique Olvera (Pujol in Mex. City & Cosme in NYC) will be at Chino Farms this Sunday, Oct 18th 11 am - 1 pm. The book signing event is free and is part of Chinos Good Earth/Great Chefs series
Yes Enrique teamed up with Trey at Galaxy Taco for a Chef’s dinner. It was a $120 for two, but included a signed cookbook ($60 value). We tried to get tickets but was sold out a week in advance. Really interested in how that turned out. Did anyone go?
