We were at Erte a couple of weeks ago, and for the first time I tried Walleye “Minnesota” style, crusted, pan-fried, and served with wild rice. I enjoyed it but I thought Erte’s halibut with pasta was a better overall dish, the their poutine was oddly addicting.
But I digress.
