Fly and fun, yes (but last time I went was over 5 years ago). As for tasty… well, there was only one item I recall that was tasty there.

The only place I’ve had spicy tuna on crispy rice was at Izakaya at Katsu-ya on 3rd St… I thought it was tasty.
