Technically, isn’t that more akin to the dynamite-style items found at some general neighborhood sushi places. Granted dynamite dishes have a heaping amount of mayo piled on top.
Still odd…but I guess they want to appeal to the non-raw fish eating people?

Ya know those silly things on FB where you get points for doing or not doing things? Well, a friend shared one about what foods don’t you eat. People who commented specifically on raw fish, oysters and snails. I only got one point…for Brussels sprouts.

My best friend got married in Nevis, BWI, at a very nice locally-owned resort. One of the dinner courses was “tuna sushimi” (sic), which turned out to be grilled tuna. So there’s precedent!
