Modern sushi bar with 12 seats in NoPa offering a 17 course omakase menu (appetizer, 14 nigiri, owan, and dessert) and a supplemental menu for the gluttons. There are 3 sushi chefs serving 4 guests each and the service was friendly and professional. About 90% of the fish is flown in from Japan and everything was very good to excellent.

Highlights:
Salmon roe with shaved frozen ankimo
Hokkaido uni - so sweet and soft it just dissolved in my mouth like uni cotton candy

What did you drink, and what was the bill?

I drank water, they serve wine, sake, and tea.

The omakase was $118. I also ordered some supplements.

Probably because they’re new, i suspect prices will go up.
