Enjoyed a very tasty pizza from Pacific Pizza truck, parked near my office today. Ordered the “Virginia” with tomatoes, mozzarella, shaved Brussels sprouts, sweet potato, goat cheese. Crust had a nice chew with a noticeable tang. Quite nice. Great mashup of toppings that worked well for me. $12 per pie, about 12”. Price seems right.

Yep. 2-person crew inside working the orders/assembly/oven. A do-over for sure when they’re back in the hood.
