Has anyone gotten a pop-up from this site requesting that you install an app?
A friend reported that today, but I’ve never seen such a thing, and I can’t reproduce it.

@discourse turns out my friend was accessing the site through the Android Facebook app instead of a browser.
Is there a way to force such requests to go through the browser?
Hi Robert,
Do you have “native app install banner” enabled in settings? That would be
the only “install an app” popup I can think of. As for preventing access
from the Facebook “built-in” browser, there is no way to force it on your
end. Your user(s) would need to change the settings in the Facebook app on
their phone.
