Specifically looking for the type that is chopped with negi and filled with sushimeshi.

Never had this particular rendition but I expect Shige-san at Shibucho would do it well. He also does an interesting (in the “acquired sense” taste) cut roll with Saba and vegetables (cucumber, pickled ginger, shiso, maybe takuan?) - no rice.
