Made this recipe of Andrea Nguyen’s for salt and pepper tofu. It was super. In addition to the various seasonings, Bob made one of his oh-so-good ‘melanges’ of soy sauce, sesame oil, etc.

The shape was really good cause when cut in half it exposed the creamy inside which was perfect for dipping.
