We may not hit this place EVERY trip to Seattle but we try It’s one of our fave SEA places.
They have a deck where our puppy was welcomed and fawned over. Hopefully you can tell that the booths are made from truck beds!
And here’s the light fixture in one of the dining rooms.
And, of course, the food. We always start with the “Burnt Ends.”
And here’s the “Chop Chop” salad with pork belly bacon.
And something new for us, Smoked Bone Marrow with grilled onion and toast.
So the food is super and so is the service.
Here’s the site; the menu isn’t up to date but good enough.
