Located at Amoy Street Food Centre (stall 01-01).
The boss at this stall (simply called “Fried Kway Teow”) works magic. A delicious plate of food.
Just the right amount of “burn”, with the soy flavor entrenched in the rice noodle, with the right spice level. Everything works in this dish.
Great eats indeed.
