Mei Heong Yuen Dessert knows this well. Their vast menu of chilled, fruity creations offer ultimate reprieve from the ubiquitous tropical heat. Their most famous dish is the #201: Mango (shaved ice) with pomelo sago seed.
Served with tapioca, the ripe, lusciously soft and rich mango, sago seed and milky ice make me wonder if there is possibly any better way to cool off? Probably not.
