Site doesn't let you comment with one-word answers (began yesterday)

Hi gang,

I tried to reply to a thread with a one-word answer yesterday (April DOTM nominations), but software wouldn’t let me, saying that my content needed to be “more substantial”…

Help?

@discourse has there been some change in the software? I haven’t changed any settings.

The minimum length is 1. What triggers a “more substantial” message?

This particular topic is nominations for a “dish of the month” so one-word posts are normal.
