Tsangs in Hanover.
OK not really a hidden gem but if you pass them thinking they are just another american/chinese place you are missing some of the best sushi in this area. These guys know what they are doing and the fish and seafood is mostly locally caught. The sushi menu has the basic stuff and well as creative offering for the new to sushi folks. Sit at the sushi bar and they will make you anything you want, challenge them and you will be floored.
The asian food offerings run the gamut of outstanding to meh. Great thai fresh rolls, decent peking ravioli, sublime lobster with ginger and scallion. My son, a fried rice aficionado, didn’t like theirs.
Cocktails aren’t bad either! Service in dining room/bar area can be hit or miss.
