A bit tardy, but here are some pics from dinner at Spring.
The space can’t be beat. It’s just so gosh darn lovely. And the chef was nice enough to let me get the tasting menu, while the missus ordered a la carte (beet salad/lobster risotto/branzino). At $85, the tasting menu actually seems like a pretty good deal. The lunch seems like it may even be better, in that regard. There were also reasonable wine options, and the two cocktails we got were top notch.
