Just as delicious, relaxed, and fun as my last visit three years ago. Didn’t take notes, but can probably drum up some memories if need be. Chef’s sense of humor still in effect all night long. Fish was super fresh. Judiciously seasoned. Was given a choice between wagyu or two types of uni. I gave the correct answer of “both.” FOH staff was tight, friendly, and unobtrusive. A good last night in NYC with a good friend who was cooing right alone with me, bite after bite.
One day I will eat raw fish so fine that pictures alone will serve as a review.

What’s the damage?
$240 total, with tax and tip: including a pot of “No. 5 Sencha” and the need to have Miyazaki Wagyu with my uni (that was a $13 up charge). A la carte menu was offered at the end. But we were perfectly sated.
