I hadn’t been in ages, but since I was passing not far away, I stopped in for lunch today. I had the “old usual” which was a carnitas torta with queso fresco. It was really tasty - the carnitas were nice and crisped up. The rolls they use are acceptable enough. I was surprised how relatively empty the place was and realized that I hadn’t been since the hospital closed. I hope they have enough other local business to keep it going. For $6.50 + tax (I didn’t get added avocado), it is quite the filling deal. I have no idea how the rest of the menu is, as over the years, that is pretty much all I’ve ever eaten.
