Great news for those of us who love to dine out in L.A. (which I’m hoping is pretty much everyone on this board):
Chef Chad Colby (Chi Spacca) is going ahead with plans to open Antico.
And Chef Christophe Eme (Ortolan) is poised to return as well. His cameo at Papilles last year was extremely well-received. Dude has mad skillz and still rocks in the kitchen.
I’m psyched.
