What are you canning? Olives at my house

This is the 3rd year we have cured & canned ripe green olives. This year I got about 30 lbs of Sevillanos at my local Farmers Market. We do a 2 wk cure & I canned them today. 47 pints! We give them as gifts & obviously enjoy them ourselves :smile:

I make spicy dill green pickles as Christmas gifts. With one couple I have to give 2 jars. They hide the jars from each other.
