Really outstanding water bagels.
Also, I haven’t had a good messy, falafel sandwich since Eat-A-Pita on Fairfax closed many moons ago.
I’m assuming you didn’t like the rijstaffel at Ramayani on Westwood Blvd.? I think it’s pretty good.

Sounds promising esp. when they list operating hours as follows:
Bakery Hours
Monday: Closed
Tuesday through Friday: 7am - 2pm/Sold out
Saturday & Sunday: 8am - 2pm/Sold out
Friday & Saturday: 5pm - 8pm/Sold out
They’re pretty good, I work pretty close and I try to avoid it since it can become a really bad habit and a shit Tom of extra calories I don’t need.
I used to go at least once or twice a week
What are your favorite things to get?
I usually get the regular malasada and the cinnamon sugar malasada. I also like their peanut butter chocolate cookie.
EDIT: adding that i also get an ensaymada once in a while.
