That was great. Had a pre-lunch nosh of truly incredible pate campagna and a pate canard. Wonderful cheeses too.

How bizarre re Esca, that sounds awful. I went to a reading where the Red Farm founder spoke, gosh he was intolerable. On that alone, I’m not sure I’ll visit.
I too was unimpressed by MV Taverna. Still haven’t made it to Cafe Altro Paradiso or Beatrice Inn but they are definitely high on my list.
