I have gone every year except one. This was the best array of chefs and variety of food and wine. Very well organized. The chefs were accessible, food great and the crowd of 2000 all seemed to have a wonderful time. 1.3 million dollars was raised yesterday for pediatric cancer research and help for the families of children with cancer.

Word. It was an amazing event and well organized. A very nice refreshing experience for a food and beverage event, especially one with as amazing cause as it is. The talent of chef’s all within a small amount of room was almost overwhelming. Very fun to be a part of.

Great event for a great cause. Adam Perry Lang’s short rib was ridiculously good, can’t wait for him to open in the “fall”. Other favorites were the seafood at jar and fishing with dynamite.

I found this humerus

Such a great event. The food is off the charts, the booze is diverse and plentiful, lines are minimal, and it’s all for an incredibly righteous cause. One of my favorite events of the year, for sure.

Great day.
So much amazing food and cocktails.
Hard to recall it all, the Offalo has some great shots on IG

Loved -
– Adam Lerry Lang - that beef rib

– Love & Salt Chicken Burger with Pesto - no idea why this blew me away so much, fairly simple, but I had to get an extra one

– Zach Pollack- Sicilian Lamb tacos - so spicy

–Publican (Chicago, please go if you get the chance, great place) - Grilled Hamachi, wild onion, sesame, strawberry salsa verde.Very well balanced, all the flavors were “on point.”

My (two legged) friend got a whole bone to gnaw on. I wish I had asked for it. Not that I minded my slices.

Anyone going this year? Decent line up as usual at the same great place for an even better cause.

Not sure why the preview shows 15th of June but it’s actually Saturday September 8th, this weekend.

Yes - I’m going.
Cannot wait!

Looking forward to it as well. I’ll be there with wife and daughter in tow, we’re indirectly donating some oysters to David at the Hungry Cat tent so we’ll be around that area for a while. Do you usually go early or stay for the end?

I like to be there at the beginning for sure and I rarely leave before it is over.
HC always has a fun table - love the fresh seafood, uni etc.
