We stopped in for a bite after a Punchdown visit. No reservations, pretty full, but 2 bar seats just opened.
We ordered
(1) Chips/salsa - “bottomless” basket. Good chips, flavorful salsa (but it could have used some heat).
(2) Tlyauda w/Chorizo - very good. We both enjoyed very much. I’d order again in a minute.
(3) Carnitas mole plate - the mole was way too sweet for my tastes, but otherwise it was a pleasant plate. I wouldn’t order it again.
We each had a glass of wine, and the interaction with the bar staff made it for an enjoyable stop.
