I’m all for less food waste, and am okay with this in theory, but … .
My friend, this has given me permission to do this. I’ve done a tiny bit. One example. We were at a local Mexican place for breakfast and the table behind us had left most of a chorizo queso fundido. I asked if I could have it. They took it back, added to it, reheated it and gladly gave it to us. I see a monster being created here
