I’ve never seen that kind of folded-over tlayuda, the ones I’ve had have all been flat like pizzas.

It’s fairly common. it’s called a Tlayuda Doblada. I’ve had them in restaurants here in L.A. and in Mexico.

I personally prefer the flat one at restaurants when I’m out with friends, but for Church festivals, street eats or if I am by myself and going to finish some later… I ask for a doblada.
