I get pancakes with ham, my wife gets roast beef hash with extra gravy. The omelette with extra cheese also gets an occasional vote. We usually have breakfast for early dinner, after a concert or as a late brunch, and start with a Martini. Nothing like a martini with breakfast. Might be festive for Xmas morning🙂
