Kind of a cross-post, but this kid has been in NY for a while now. Curious if anyone has eaten his stuff and found it worth the price tag.
I didn’t remember who he was. This is the 16-year-old chef who had a highly publicized private dinner that created a big stir a few months ago.
Actually, Pan, not a private dinner. Rather, it was a one-man “pop-up” dinner series which started in September 2015 and was open to the public. According to this article, he cooked three times a week, there were 12 seats, and it was sold out through mid-October. I presume that’s when it ended. It held zero interest for me and Mr. RBI.
Who is going to this kid’s dinners exactly?
