From the BBC: Australia’s Treasury Wine Estates (TWE), has agreed to buy the majority of Diageo’s wine businesses for $552m (£361m).
Diageo owns/owned Chateau & Estates (one of the largest US-based wine importers), Beaulieu Vineyards, Sterling Vineyards, Rosenblum Cellars, Chalone, Blossom Hill, and more.
