If you want to see all this produce used in a great way go to Georges Modern in La Jolla (downstairs). Most of their produce on their menu comes from Chino Farms and they really know how to use it on a creative way

As does Galaxy Taco, another Foshee restaurant. Arguably one of the best tortillas around.

My wife recently tried several tacos there and yes the tortilla is outstanding but the overall complete tacos were good but not great especially compared what they can create at Georges with the same produce. (And yes Georges is more expensive but we are just looking at the flavors which weren’t that great at Galaxy)

Agreed. Which is why I limited my compliment to the the tortillas.

HH, you wife is right. As much as I like Galaxy Taco, it’s not for their tacos, it’s for their cocktails and items other than tacos.
