What the problem is
When I first moved to LA I would get really annoyed that LA natives would say every place was 20 minutes away.
It used to be true.
Clueless.
Still not seeing the problem
The movie or my friends?
It still is a certain times of day (or night).
And depending on the mode of transportation.

Ouch! You donât live in LA. I sort of assume this page is LA metro folks
LAâs Belizean restaurants/Little Belize is one of the hidden gems in the city. Very underrated. You wonât find a bunch of 20 something âfoodiesâ selfie it up under a neon lit sign eating some forced fusion-stoner-comfort food-brightly colored for Instagram coming down to the area around Western.
Seriously Belizeans make the best beans and rice! Completely puts every Latin restaurant to shame who serve beans and rice, including my beloved Mexican food.
Beans and Rice ainât no joke to a Belizean, not an afterthought or treated as a side. I canât figure out why it is so freaking good.
In 2018 make it a point to hit up a Belizean joint.
Edit: And that ainât no fukin joke!
I always wanted to say that!
Never had Belizean Paradise but they have lunch specials in the $5-8 range
