Best way to navigate a buffet?

People at the weho location always scooped out the chicken and left all the noodles.

By bread I mean the bread that was right next to the baked potato bar they usually had little pats of butter offered near it too.

I loved the pizza/garlic bread stuff.

I didn’t feel like being “that guy”. But here’s a story in 3 acts.

Bottom layer is flat/heavy ingredients. Middle layer is croutons and eggs. Top is lettuce. Dressing inside + on the side. Then flip.

Toppers Pizza Place. Multiple locations but mostly in Santa Clarita. $10 lunch special gets you that side salad buffet and a personal sized 2 topping pizza. Add a pint for $5-$6. Extremely high QPR.
