At the risk of going over a topic that has probably been covered elsewhere in detail…
Got a 1/4 slab of ribs and a pulled pork sandwich.
The (3, very small) ribs were outstanding.
The pulled pork was nothing special. Maybe I should have specified but there was no crust in there at all, and only a mild smokey flavor.
Sauce was good. I’ll be back, and try links and brisket at some point.
