Found this place by accident while looking for some other restaurant in the same mall.
Chicken kelaguen (a cold dish) served over red rice with pickled slaw and pickled Japanese radish and a very spicy soy-vinegar sauce. There’s bacon in there somewhere. It was good but I feel like I have everything to learn about Chamorro cuisine.
