Pueblo has decent brunch, up and down if you ask me. I have had really great dishes there and also some head scratchers. Most is shared plates so that could be a deal breaker.
ARC might be your best option. Good brunch and definitely variety of the menu.
Ended up at Old Vine Cafe and it suited all of us. Very good coffee and very rich food. Not health food by any standard but tasty and perfect choice. Thanks!
