Butchery classes @ The Heart and Trotter?

Has anyone taken a butchery class at The Heart and Trotter?

Or, for that matter, sampled some of their goods?

I haven’t taken a butchery class there, tho’ I’d like to try one, but I have samples some of their products. I think their prices are fair for what you’re getting. I’ve purchased a steak and a boneless pork chop, both were quite good, but I don’t know if I’d say they were substantially better than Iowa Meats, Sisals, WF or any place selling grass-fed or sustainably raised meats
