I was just relating this to late night only eateries that serve things on skewers. Forgot where I was for a second.
At Feng Mao they drop off raw skewers on your table and you cook them yourselves.

Big fan of these two spots. They grill em for you and also have a lot of other great cooked dishes.
Speaking of
Although I think about these places mainly for skewers there are some other dishes we love at Feng Mao. Particularly the cumin-y fried chicken backs/bones as well as the greens and the fried green beans with crunchy orange peppers.
