The restaurant will have “primary forager [!!!]!”

There was a PBS documentary from awhile ago focused on Waters. She had such a calm yet beatific look on her face while rinsing her greens and, I must admit, I aspire to that same look when I rinse my greens from the farmer’s market. ::sigh::
