After a long hiatus im rereviewing my list of ice cream offerings in nyc, and comparing my loves to those of other eaters my favorites are all over the place - I found Brooklyn Bell great, Morgansterns really not for me, and the rarely mentioned Daveys exceptional for those who like less sweet ice cream. Best ice cream in NYC these days is at Dominique Ansel Kitchen.
OddFellows and Blythe Anne’s are both good as well. The former for ice cream sandwiches (aka OddPockets); the latter if you’re vegan.
