There’s lots of good stuff in Arcadia. Din Tai Fung is certainly the major attraction, but Hai Di Lao in the same mall is good for (expensive) hot pot. A couple of good Cantonese dim sum/seafood options are China Red and Capital Seafood. And there’s Laoxi Noodle House for hand made noodles.

I believe it is still temporarily closed while being converted to a facility emphasizing take out.

capital seafood in arcadia does decent business at lunch but i’m not sure why. with no prices listed, i estimated that orders there run a little under $4 each. at that price point i’d go to china red. but to each their own.
