The runaway winner was (no surprise) BBQ/grilled meats. And, yes, the stuff you make at home it totally fair game.

Steak may be the worst way to enjoy Wagyu.

And “leaner” Wagyu? That’s a selling point?

Leaner is more accessible if consuming wagyu in large portions

Snake Rivers ribeye or ny cut 2 inches thick is mighty tasty.
