Donabe recipes, techniques, and tips

Does anyone at home have a donabe they regularly use? Toiro in Los Angeles is a great store that sells them (and online). Since most people are at home now, I figured I would start a thread to see if anyone has them and can share recipes, tips, photos, etc. My favorite recipe is the yuzu kosho pesto rice. I currently have a rice cooker donabe, skillet, and smoker. Love using the smoker on a single duck breast
