Would that make it “LA la barbecue” then?

I’m ordering the Chicago dog. And I’m bringing someone along and convincing them to order this:

LA FRITO LOCO
(PULLED PORK, CHOPPED BEEF, CHIPOTLE SLAW, BLACK BEAN SALAD, FRITOS, CHEESE AND JALAPENOS)

That sounds really good.

Wowowowowwowowowow!!

They could also go with “la barbecue LA,” though maybe it should be “el LA barbecue,” ey?

Either way, I’m looking forward to seeing whether they’re able to translate the magic over here. I was seriously blown away by the quality of their brisket, but the experience is so much a part of it too, free beer, lining up in the dirt, ordering from a window, the Texas accents…

Anyone know where this might be moving to?
BLD space?

i want to try it.

Ooooh. I do like La Barbecue. Better experience overall for me than Franklin.

they serve duck bbq, never had that before.

mutton is big in KY.

“ducks”

Now you did it.

ducks ?

I’d like them to open up where the Roberta’s pop-up was. Or maybe that’s too small…

I’ve heard some unsubstantiated rumors that they are looking in North OC. Possibly in the same complex as Dominique Ansel.

Isn’t that dish the main attraction??

On the other hand, why wasn’t it featured in their “LA BBQ’s full menu in 60 seconds” film in the Eater article?
