Also that takana and a bit of raw garlic mixed into their fried rice is fantastic.

After reading this, it sounded like the perfect bowl of ramen for me. Went today, broth didn’t look oily and wasn’t fatty enough though still rich. It tasted like broth concentrate with a lot of the fat removed. :frowning: I almost never complain about anything being too salty, but this was. So disappointing but overall, it was an ok bowl of ramen. I won’t be returning since there are so many better options.
