In terms of just the Soba Noodles?

I think we like Otafuku the most, but a huge caveat that itā€™s not on a hot day (they have no AC).

But for the best experience of Soba & Tempura, I think itā€™d be Inaba, which is Ichimianā€™s sister restaurant. You get Ichimianā€™s great Handmade Soba (perhaps a touch softer than at their original store, but still great), and some of the best Tempura in LA. :slight_smile:
