Field tomato, butter, eggs

Add nothing else!

First, what is a “field tomato”? And if there’s nothing else then that must be a shitload of butter. And what are those little white round things?

That gave me nothing.

The best . Tomatoes that were not from a green house , that were harvested from outdoor plant that was ungroomed. I like that you just let the ingredients speak for themselves .

Tomato, butter and eggs. “Add nothing else.”

So what a pound of butter? Two pounds? Breakfast? Do you drink it like soup?

Yes.

You’re the best. As always. Thanks.

I TBS of butter. This is in the start of the cook. You stir, it turns into a solid dish with a bit of juice. I just liked how it looked at this stage. White is egg white. We don’t like it fully blended

The only material question is:
What did the accompanying bread look like?

an average white loaf from an armenian bakery that for some reason is called french bread. good but not crusty enough. coincidentally i just made the remainder of it into bread crumbs
